Biography

Sam is a mixed-media artist whose work blends mosaic, fiber arts, and found objects into richly textured abstract compositions. Inspired by patterns in nature, the passage of time, and the beauty of imperfection, her pieces invite close looking through color, shape, and tactile detail. She is also a palliative care nurse, and themes of compassion, resilience, and transformation often weave through her work.

Max is a photographer and artisan whose work is inspired by the California coastline. Drawing on years in film as a cameraman and lightning director, and a craftsman’s precision from his work as a retired electrician, Max creates fine-art photography, shell art, and handcrafted pieces that highlight texture, light, and the beauty of natural form.
