Monthly Featured Artist(s)
Each month during the winter and through the summer, we highlight members of our art gallery with a prominent display at the entrance of our gallery. The first thing visitors see is the featured artist’s work. Find out who our current featured artist is by following us on social media and stopping by the gallery to see their work in detail.
This month featured artist is Maureen Osborne. Maureen has been an artist from a young age and earned a degree in Bachelor of Studio Art with a focus in Art History. Maureen's art reflects her passion for life and her love of the natural world. Her focus on acrylic on canvas, watercolor, and photography allows her to capture the beauty and serenity of the waterfront scenes that inspire her.
Maureen has exhibited in several shows in California and Arizona, and many works are in private collections. Her “Make Mine a Double” Sketchbook project traveled with an exhibition around the United States with stops in 8 major cities coast to coast. A past project, “Beach Postcard Project” brought together international participation to complete the work. MzMo'zArt’s Flip Flop Fun project is available via social media.
When you visit the center you will see other artistic mediums you may also enjoy.
